Recipe with onions and green peppers.

We love this recipe in our home!

Crepes and Beef filling.

Crepes:
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbls. butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Blend together in a blender.
To cook pour a small layer in a greased frying pan and flip when ready.

Beef filling:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
seasoning to taste.
Cook Onions and Green Peppers then add  meat and brown. Add rice, soup, and mayo. Mix all together until warm. Fill center of crepes. Roll up crepe and enjoy!
