Chicken Chowder.

Don't know what to do with your carrots and celery? This recipe is always delicious!

CHICKEN CHOWDER:
3 Chicken Breasts
3/4 c. Diced Onion
3/4 c. Diced Celery
1 c. Diced Carrots
2 c. Peeled, cut potatoes
4 Chicken Bouillon cubes
1 Envelope Dry "Lipton Noodle Soup" Mix
12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk

Boil chicken in 7 cups water with chicken bouillon 20 minutes till cooked.
Cut chicken in pieces when cooked. Set aside.
Add veggies cook about 15 min.
Add soup mix and cook for 5 min.
Add chicken and milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
